Meet the Team

Jim earned a Master of International Business from the Chapman Graduate School of Business, Florida International University and recently retired from a 25 year career as an Army officer.

LTC Jim A Lee (USA, Ret.)

Lieutenant Colonel Jim Lee, U.S. Army (retired), is transitioning out of a 25 year career as an Army officer. Jim earned a Master of International Business from the Chapman Graduate School of Business, Florida International University. As an acquisition officer, Jim earned level III certifications in both Program Management and Contract Management through the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act. During Jim’s military career, he served in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve. Jim also supported local governments during many natural disasters. Jim’s career culminated as the Product Manager for the Army Training Information Training System, chartered to unite legacy training software into one cohesive platform. Jim brings with him, the ability to lead teams both big and small as well as a back ground in agile organizational management that takes advantage of innovative ideas and quickly implements solutions for our customers.

Ryan is a Registered Architect (Illinois) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale ('06) and Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign ('08)

Ryan R Murphy, AIA

President, Co-Founder

Shamrock+ President and Co-Founder, Ryan R Murphy, AIA, is a Registered Architect (Illinois) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (’06) and Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (’08). He is a Past Chapter President of AIA Savannah, having served consecutive terms as Chapter President (’16, ’17), after returning from a 13-month voluntary civilian deployment to Bagram, Afghanistan with the Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (OEF ’13-14). He currently serves as the 2022 AIA Georgia Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program Chair, a program enabling emerging professionals to collaborate, learn together, and develop as leaders in architecture in the state and region.

Ryan continues to lead the growing Savannah Team of Shamrock+ in various capacities, from business development, remote (drone) piloting, photography, and conducting the general dirty jobs inherent to the role. He has been the direct link to the #architecture, #engineering, and #construction (#AEC) industries, combining state-of-the-art drone and 3D technologies with like-minded Clients.

Haley Walker

Originally from Memphis, Haley is a 2012 graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD – The University for Creative Careers) with a Bachelors Degree in Motion Media Design. She joined the Shamrock+ team in February 2021 and is one of our FAA-certified commercial drone pilots. She contributes her hard work as Project Manager and our Lead Videographer.

Justine James

Although a long-term Georgia resident, Justine is originally from Massachusetts. Being a first-generation American with South African parents, she’s no stranger to travel or adventure and thrives off of challenges and new experiences. Here in Savannah, she’s a soon-to-graduate student at Savannah Technical College for an Associate’s Degree in Drafting and Historic Preservation. She joined the Shamrock+ team mid-2022, and has since taken on a plethora of positions within the company, including Research & Development, LiDAR and Topographical Mapping Lead, Architectural Lead, and Administrative Assistant.

Caitlin Webb

Caitlin has been covering fashion, people, live music, and events for more than 10 years. Caitlin joined the Shamrock+ team in early 2022 as a Photographer and FAA-certified drone pilot. After earning a BFA in Photography from the University of Georgia in 2011, Caitlin jumped into covering live music and doing editorial work for publications. Her photos have been published in outlets such as VICE, Savannah Magazine, and Connect Savannah, among others. She’s kind of a big deal.
